Woodsy Elopement at Schmidt Cattle Co. | David + Avery
Like it did for many of my couples this year, COVID changed David and Avery’s wedding plans, more than once. They planned to wed at Schmidt Cattle Co. in June, but decided to postpone until 2021 so they could celebrate with the day they always dreamed of. But in the meantime, they wanted to elope, and Randi at Schmidt Cattle Co. offered to create a new, special spot for them at the ranch. Randi and her family cleared this beautiful corner of their property and brought to life a one-of-a-kind, boho-laden, woodsy fairyland.
In true 2020 fashion, it started to rain immediately before the ceremony, and continued through the reception. Just before dinner, the sky cleared, and they shared an incredible meal under the stars, sharing stories and celebrating the newlyweds.
